AC Land Rover Specialist is an established independent Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar specialist based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. Our team of dealer-trained technicians brings together over 80 years of combined experience, delivering main dealer standards with a personal, customer-focused approach. We utilise dealer-level diagnostics, the latest technical data, and specialist equipment to maintain and repair vehicles to the highest standards.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position that combines advanced diagnostics with day-to-day servicing, maintenance and repair work across the Land Rover and Range Rover range.

You will be responsible for:

• Carrying out complex vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and drivability issues.
• Performing servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Supporting other technicians with technical guidance where required.
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Using dealer-level diagnostic equipment and technical information.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and documented correctly.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Master Technician status or equivalent senior technical experience.
• Previous Land Rover, Range Rover or Jaguar experience.
• Manufacturer training or dealer background preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Experience working with modern vehicle electronics and systems.
• A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
